Dr. Garry P Luxmoore

President of WIAL Australia, SALC

 

Garry has over 30 years experience in management. He holds an MBA and a Masters in Law degree from Bond University as well as a UK Doctorate in International Business using action learning and action research methodologies. Garry is the principal of Business Decisions International Pty Ltd, an Australian training and consulting

company that is now in its 17th year of operation and home for WIAL Australia. He is much sought after for his work in corporate training, executive coaching and management and marketing consulting.

 

In 1994, Garry became heavily involved in action learning and action research when he linked with the International Management Centres Association (IMCA) to run in-house and public programs in action learning throughout Australasia. In 2008 he was appointed as the President of WIAL Australia. He is trained by Dr Michael Marquardt, the global head of WIAL, as a certified Senior Action Learning Coach and has used action learning as a technique in a wide range of companies.

 

Garry is dedicated to helping organisations develop their people and grow their businesses through the action learning process.

 

 

 

John Sautelle

Director of WIAL Australia, SALC

 

John brings more than 20 years experience in a diverse range of areas, including the “hands on” experience of establishing and managing a medium sized professional services firm. John is a very experienced mediator and is a member of a number of Australian Government and private mediation panels. He works as a mediator in a wide range of areas, and is engaged by clients to assess the underlying causes of organisational conflict, and then to recommend and implement appropriate interventions.

 

He has significant experience in organisational design and development and has a particular interest in helping senior executives and managers develop their leadership and

people management skills. John is a highly skilled and experienced trainer and action learning coach.  He designs and delivers learning and development programs for a wide range of clients in the areas of leadership development, performance management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management. He also designs specific courses to support the implementation of change programs.

 

Just like Garry, John is also trained by Dr Michael Marquardt, the global head of WIAL, as a certified Senior Action Learning Coach and has used action learning as a technique in a wide range of organisations.

Michael Marquardt, Ed.D.

President and Chairman of the WIAL Global Board of Directors

Michael Marquardt is a Professor of Human Resource Development and International Affairs at George Washington University. In addition to being the Chairman of the WIAL Board of Directors, he is WIAL's President responsible for overseeing the worldwide development of action learning programs and coaches.

 

Dr. Marquardt has introduced action learning to thousands of leaders and hundreds of organisations around the world since 1995, including Marriott, DuPont, Alcoa, Boeing, Caterpillar, United Nations Development Program, US Department of Agriculture, IBM, Nokia, Constellation, Samsung, Hong Kong Transit and Siemens as well as the government agencies in Singapore, Mauritius, Japan, Canada, Qatar, China, Korea, and Brazil.
